Prices and GST
Empress reserves the right to change prices for products displayed on our online site at anytime. The price payable for the Goods shall be THE price applicable on the date the Goods are confirmed as ordered. Advertised prices are in Australian Dollars and are inclusive of 10% GST. Sometimes typographical or human errors may occur, in which case we will try our best to quickly rectify, but we hold no responsibility for.
Please note that colours of products will sometimes vary depending on the quality and the make of the computer monitors they are being viewed on. Shoes may be returned where the customer finds this colour variation unacceptable in accordance with the Refunds/exchange Policy.
To claim a refund you must contact us within 7 days of receipt of goods at firstname.lastname@example.org. If you contact us, or send back items after this time, you will not be eligible for a refund and a credit note will be issued. You will only be eligible to receive a credit note if goods are returned within 4 weeks of the date of purchase as printed on your tax invoice.
Postage costs will not be refunded. We do not cover the shipping costs of returns or exchanges, you will be responsible for the shipping and handling costs. Additionally, we recommend that you add tracking and insurance for your own protection, as we cannot be responsible for lost shipments.
All items sent back to us must be in their original condition, i.e. not worn, altered, scuffed or dirty, and in the original packaging. We therefore recommend that you try on shoes on a carpeted surface. Worn or dirty items will be sent back to you.
- Changes to this agreement
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms and Conditions by posting the updated terms on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.
